David L. Baker Golf Course Beach Themed Wedding | Fountain Valley, California

Just because you aren’t having your wedding at the beach, doesn’t mean you can’t have a beach wedding. Katie and Matthew did just that. I was a second shooter for Jade Maria Photo for this wedding at the David L. Baker Golf Course in Fountain Valley, California. The couple had not met me until the day of the event, but as soon as we met, it was like we had been aquainted already.

They were both super sweet and caring for not only us photographers, but for all of their guests throughout the day!

I met Matthew and all of his awesome groomsmen back at their home to capture the guys getting ready and chilling before the ceremony. They all were super nice and I fit right in with all of them. We all arrived at the David L. Baker golf course to await the arrival of Katie and were excited for the first look. From the moment they shared that intimate moment of seeing each other for the first time that day, we all felt the love for the rest of the night.

The tables were adorned with sand dollars and netting, starfish and jars of sand. The reception hall really transported you to an ocean paradise.

It was a pleasure to capture all of the little details and the fun that ensued later that night.Being a part of this wedding, I am truly honored and I wish them nothing but the best for their future! it’s time for the big reveal! would you just look at how beautiful she was and I loved her dress so much!
